Example – From curb to Sidewalk is 37″ – 38″ if you choose a Postmaster or Postmaster General it will not fit in that dimension. If you cannot find a model that fits in your set dimensions then contact us to request and design a custom LED Mailbox that will fit your needs. *
RETURN POLICY –
Due to the custom nature of some of our products – All Sales Are Final. Contact LED Mailboxes.com if you have any questions regarding our Return Policy at email@example.com. If repair is necessary, returns must be insured. Insurance and shipping charges must be prepaid at the customers expense.
LED Mailboxes.com offers a 1 year Warranty on paint (peeling or fading) and parts due to factory defect. A warranty claim must be submitted for any repairs or parts that are damaged or malfunctioning. Contact LED Mailboxes.com for warranty procedures. LED Mailboxes.com set forth Buyer’s sole and exclusive remedies and sellers entire liability for breach of warranty. Consult the instruction manual for proper installation procedures.
Customer has 48 hours from time of order to call with any changes he/she would like to make. Once order is processed and assembly has begun, no changes can be made. All sales are final due to the custom nature of the product. We reserve the right to reject any order.
MAILBOX GUIDELINES –
Position your Mailbox 41″ to 45″ from the curb to the bottom inside Mailbox surface. Mailbox need to be 6″ to 8″ away from the curb. If you do not have a raised curb, contact your local postmaster for guidance. Ensure you look for the Postmaster General’s Seal – Every new mailbox design should be reviewed and receive the Postmaster Generals'(PMG) seal of approval. Shipping charges are based on delivery address and can change depending on shipping companies discretion. We highly recommend that insurance is placed on all items. Insure that package, upon arrival, is visually inspected and no damage is visible. If damage is visible to the package we recommend you do not accept delivery of the package and take pictures for insurance purposes. If damage to package is minimal, open the package and inspect items to insure they are not damaged before accepting delivery. If you receive a damaged package please contact us immediately to begin the warranty procedures.
